CL1201 is specifically designed to provide extremely accurate and reproducible thermal calibration between 400 ° C and 1200 ° C for various thermocouples and other temperature sensors used in industries such as glass manufacturing, power generation, automotive, and material processing.

This sturdy, durable, and cost-effective portable thermocouple dry type calibrator comes with a NIST traceable certificate.

The device has excellent stability (within ± 0.1 ° C) and display accuracy higher than ± 3 ° C between 400 and 1200 ° C.

The CL1201 dry type calibrator adopts a special heater design, achieving optimal temperature uniformity and extremely fast heating speed.

In its heating system, the heating element is embedded into the vacuum formed ceramic fiber molded part.

Compared with other ceramic tube designs where the heating element is wrapped around the ceramic tube, this structure has a faster heating speed and a longer working life. The constant temperature block component is made of special alloy processing, which not only provides * * thermal conductivity, but also resists high temperature oxidation.

This calibrator is designed to provide optimal performance between a sufficiently large mass for good stability and uniformity, and a sufficiently small mass for rapid heating/cooling and shorter stable time. RS232 communication interface is standard.
