The PG series pressure/differential switches combine large sensitive diaphragms with reliable, time-tested mechanical designs. They work with air and other compatible gases, offering excellent full-scale repeatability of ±1%, clear and easy-to-read scales, and convenient external setpoint adjustments.
Various switching options ensure application flexibility, including SPST, SPDT, DPST, and DPDT; they can switch on or off with increasing pressure, vacuum, or differential. PR and PRL models feature manual reset for increasing or decreasing pressure. Mercury or hermetically sealed switches are available for high-humidity environments. If vibration or other factors make using mercury impractical, a snap-action switch can be provided. The standard enclosure is NEMA-1, with optional enclosures available to meet weatherproof and explosion-proof requirements.
