The 200 and 300 series Durablock acrylic differential pressure gauges come in both inclined and vertical (well-type) versions, suitable for labs or industrial settings where high-precision differential pressure measurement is needed. They can measure positive pressure, negative pressure, or differential pressure of low-pressure gases or air. Dwyer's years of experience in precision stainless steel machining ensure accurate measurements.
Measures positive, negative, or differential gas pressure; available in various ranges: from -12.5-0-62Pa to 0-2.5kPa; accuracy: ±2% FS
The thick acrylic main body is a solid piece, basically unbreakable, stable, and won’t deform.
The drilling accuracy is ±0.0002, it will never bend or warp, and doesn’t need recalibration.
Carefully selected oil for the gauge has high wetting ability, forming a consistent, attractive crescent that allows precise readings.
Adjustable reflective polished aluminum scales have easy-to-turn knob locks for convenient zeroing.
Simply aligning the crescent and its reflected image on the scale allows parallax-free readings, achieving maximum accuracy and consistency.
Overpressure protection prevents the loss of indicator liquid or fluid from overflowing under pressure. (Not required for model 215.)
Leveling a tilting-type gauge is done easily by loosening the side or bottom lock screws and adjusting the bubble in the frosted glass to level the liquid and secure it.
Pressure gauge steel mounting plate has a gray surface finish.
Dwyer's solid acrylic gauges and other pressure gauges can be used as an air filter pressure drop measurement kit, which includes the gauge, two static pressure pickup heads, full mounting accessories, and 5-inch long 1/4 aluminum tubing. The static pickup heads are installed at the inlet and outlet of the filter supply line and connect to the gauge, providing a continuous visual indication of the static pressure drop through the filter.
When the filter’s resistance reaches the maximum static pressure drop specified by the manufacturer, it indicates the filter should be cleaned or replaced. For more details about the Dwyer air filter pressure drop kit, see the sections on pressure, differential pressure gauges for air filters, and switches.
Range and size:
Suitable for total pressures up to 100 Psig, temperatures up to 150°F. Accuracy is ±2% of full scale (only models 215, 244, 246 are ±1% of full scale).
