The Dwyer Mark II series of molded pressure gauges come in inclined and inclined-vertical types. The Type 25 gauge's curved inclined-vertical tube offers a larger range and more noticeable increments at low readings, making it easy to read. The Type 25 gauge is especially suitable for general-purpose applications. The Type 40 inclined gauge provides linear calibration and excellent resolution throughout its range. Type 40 gauges are particularly ideal for airspeed and air filter measurement applications. Both types can measure positive pressure (gauge), negative pressure (gauge), and differential pressure.
Construction - Mark II gauges are cost-effective, compact, and available in both fixed and portable designs. The standard Type 40 comes with a portable stand, while Type 25 can be equipped with the A-612 stand. These airspeed gauges have a simple design, consisting of a sturdy white molded polystyrene case, indicator tube and fluid sleeve, molded ABS adjustment knob, zero adjustment piston, glass scale tube with shock absorption, and leak-proof O-rings. The overflow reservoir on the Type 25 can handle moderate overpressure, while the float-operated overpressure protector on the Type 40 offers greater protection. The aluminum case and epoxy coating feature lithographed scales.
Installation - Mark II gauges can be mounted on any vertical surface using the two screws provided. The built-in level makes leveling easier before tightening the mounting screws. Simply fill the reservoir, set the liquid scale to zero, connect the tubing, and the gauge is ready to use.
● Wide range, easy-to-read calibration increments
