The XTC601 binary gas analyzer is used to measure the percentage of a selected gas in a binary gas mixture. It uses high-quality thermistors and utilizes the thermal conductivity of gases, offering reliable performance and high stability. The XTP601 is enclosed in an explosion-proof housing with a protection level of ATEX Cat II, making it suitable for use in hazardous areas. A general-purpose version is also available for installation in non-hazardous areas.

Compared with other similar products, the sensors of the XTC601 binary gas analyzer greatly reduce drift, thereby improving measurement stability. This feature provides longer calibration intervals while lowering labor and consumable costs.

The measurement principle is realized through matched thermistors in a Wheatstone bridge structure. One thermistor is placed in the sample gas chamber, while the other is in a sealed or flowing reference chamber. The entire assembly is heated to 50°C to ensure an isothermal environment. Such an environment provides an accurate and stable platform for measuring the target gas concentration.

The XTC601 binary gas analyzer is available in three configurations, each of which offers either a General Purpose (GP) version or an Explosive Atmosphere (EX) version, allowing customers to choose according to their needs. Customers can select the most suitable cost-effective solution for each actual installation.

To ensure long-term, trouble-free use, the analyzer requires a gas that is clean, dry, particle-free, and at the appropriate temperature and pressure. In reality, the process gas to be measured almost never meets these requirements.
